Michael, a longtime resident of the Greater Toronto Area, now makes his home in Gravenhurst. His photographs reveal landscapes, florals, stone statues and architecture using both film and digital media. His work expresses his feelings about the things he has the opportunity to see, giving each picture an emotive quality.
Michael often says that his work represents his view of the world and that he is driven to continue to take photographs that express his feelings about the subjects he chooses. He can often be seen locally or in various locales laying flat on his stomach, up to his knees in water, perched behind a tripod, freezing in the snow or simply strolling with his wife and children but always with his camera. For him, taking photos is a pleasure and a privilege.
