Amanda grew up in a small-town in southern Alberta and moved to Muskoka with her family in 1997, after vacationing that summer. Amanda attended the Ontario College of Art and Design in 2000 and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in the spring of 2004. Amanda has participated in numerous local exhibitions and classes, such as open life drawing and water-colour courses.
